Skkra recommends… Wonderful Salt and Vinegar Pistachios!

Since we got on the subject of salt-n-vins yesterday, I figure we should go ahead and end January by mentioning another of my favorites.

You wouldn’t think that pistachios would be good covered with salt and vinegar. Well, shows what you know. There are few foods that aren’t made better with the addition of salt and vinegar, and pistachios are no exception.

This is another food where you can decimate an entire bag within an extremely short timeframe. This generally leads to excessive mouth deliciousness, but also excessive stomach cramps from consuming so many (delicious, delicious) nuts at once. Nuts are high in fat and very heavy, and I often end up feeling pretty rough after blasting through an entire bag.

That said, if you have nowhere to be, feel free to destroy an entire bag and then lay on the couch in a coma of salt and vinegary delight. Your mouth will thank you.
