We’re back with another Misha band today: Haunted Shores.
The style of this band is a little more aggressive, and it’s awesome. We got absolutely rapid fire picking throughout the song, and the shredding is enjoyable the entire way.
For a guy who never took any lessons and is completely self taught, Misha has sick composition chops. In this one, we really get to hear his hear for gorgeous harmonies, particularly in the final minute or so of the tune. The switch from heavy and distorted guitars to clean reverb is awesome, and the section is just so pretty.
This is yet another band where there ARE vocals, but I’ve chosen the instrumental version here. I think it plays better without them.
