This is a really fun djent tune, so I thought I’d share.
This is not a band I’m intimately familiar with, but I stumbled upon this song a while back and really enjoyed the hell out of it. The playing is super clean all around, the melodies are fun, and it has just enough of that fuzzy, djenty goodness to keep your interest.
The guitar lines run all over the place and are good fun to listen to, and the drummer keeps the double bass at exactly the level it needs to be.
I definitely appreciate the lack of any vocals in this tune. The music speaks for itself, and often times, vocals – which need to be up front in a mix – end up stepping all over the intricate playing of the guitarists.
