I don’t know what it is about this spice mix, but it’s absolutely spectacular. Whenever I don’t know what to make, I know that I can always throw some chicken breast on the grill, completely caked with this Montreal Chicken rub, and I’ll love every bite.
I will literally cut my chicken into small, bite-sized cubes and throw it in a grill basket. Why? Because it means that I can get absolute maximum coverage on every bite, getting as much of this delicious rub as possible. It’s the closest thing to just getting out a spoon and eating it straight from the container.
If you haven’t tried this in a while, give it another shot. Make sure you get the biggest possible tub, since once you have it once, you’re going to be using a lot of it.
